Passphrase encryption. This implemented is in replacement of the former license based encryption for users who manages multiple licenses, and eases the process to modify encrypted scripts. This can also be applied per script thus allows more security for individual scripts to have unique encryption phrases.
Bugfixes:
Dialog_File & Dialog_Dir now returns path with "\"s.
REPLACEVAR variable is interpreted as expected.
WGET specifying save location with filename now functions as expected.
